Open to Large and Small businesses. The event will include briefings from Tulsa District staff and opportunities to meet with Government representatives and other businesses.

One-on-Ones:

USACE is arranging for a limited set of appointments for one-on-ones with managers from E&C Division, Operations Division, Programs and Project Management and RPEC among others, for the morning of 10 February. A sign-up for these will be posted the week of January 17, 2022.


Hotel Reservations:

A guestroom block at River Spirit Casino Resort will be held until the cut-off date, January 17, 2022. Requests for rooms are made on an individual basis. Reservations are HERE. In order to obtain the group’s special group rate, Identify yourself as being with Society of American Military Engineers (SAME).


SAME Tulsa Run:
